• Trademark /Property Rights Agreement: No Totally Awesome  Cheer All Stars,  TAC or any related items may be sold without prior consent from Totally Awesome Cheer. The company name and its entity are solely owned by Stacey L. Taplin. Any violation of this agreement may result in legal action.

• Outside Merchandise Sales Policy: No spirit wear of any kind may be designed, purchased or distributed without prior written consent from the owner of Totally Awesome Cheer, (TAC). All team t-shirts and spirit items will only be purchased through the TAC Pro Shop. In addition, no solicitation of any items while on TAC property will be allowed.
